1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing elysiumbkk.club or visiting Elysium Immersive Club, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. VIP Table Reservations

All table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a table until confirmed via WhatsApp, LINE or phone.
VIP and VVIP tables require a minimum spend as communicated during booking confirmation.
Reservations are held for 60 minutes past the confirmed arrival time. Late arrivals may forfeit their table.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved date.
No-shows without prior notice may affect future reservation requests.

4. Venue Rules

All guests must be 20 years of age or older, per Thai law.
Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at its discretion.
Photography and video for personal use are permitted. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on elysiumbkk.club, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Elysium Immersive Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elysium Immersive Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or attendance at our venue, except as required by Thai law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
